To rent a vehicle, you must provide a driver's license and a passport.
The renter must be at least 21 and no older than 63 years old.
Driving experience of at least 4 years is required.
Traveling outside of Tajikistan is strictly prohibited. If you travel outside the country, you will be required to return the car immediately and will not receive a refund of your deposit. If you plan to travel abroad, you must obtain prior permission from the company.
To ensure the vehicle's safety and to cover any potential fines, a deposit of $1,000 is required. A photo will be taken to document the vehicle's condition at the time of pickup. The deposit is fully refundable, provided the car is returned in its undamaged condition.
Full payment must be made upon receiving the vehicle.
Payment can be accepted in Cash and Bank transfer
If you cancel 1.5 months in advance, we will refund your payment, minus the bank transfer fee. Cancellations made less than 1.5 months in advance are non-refundable.
The daily mileage limit is 260 km. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged an additional fee of $0.70 for each extra kilometer.
We strongly recommend driving cautiously, especially in mountainous areas, as road conditions in the Pamirs can be challenging.
You can pick up your car free of charge at any address in Dushanbe. For other locations in Tajikistan, arrangements can be made in advance for an additional fee.
The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If the fuel level is not full upon return, a refueling fee will be applied.
When returning the vehicle, please ensure it is clean. If the vehicle is not washed upon return, a $10 cleaning fee will be charged.
Please do not leave your personal belongings in the vehicle. If they are lost, we will make an effort to return them, but we are not responsible for their safety.
The minimum rental period for a car is 24 hours for daily rentals and 30 days for monthly rentals.
During the rental period, the Lessee is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle. This includes; tires, suspension, glass, optics of the vehicle, the engine, transmission. In the unfortunate event of engine overheating or malfunction, the Lessee must reimburse any resulting losses. The Lessee is required to cover all repair costs associated with any damage incurred to the vehicle during the lease period. Please always check and maintain vehicle essentials like oil, coolant, or tire pressure.
