Car Rental Terms

• To rent a vehicle, you must provide a driver's license and a passport.
• The renter must be at least 21 years old.
• Driving experience of at least 5 years is required
• To ensure the vehicle's safety and to cover any potential fines, a deposit of $1,000 is required. A photo will be taken to document the vehicle's condition at the time of pickup. The deposit is fully refundable, provided the car is returned in its undamaged condition.
• Full payment must be made upon receiving the vehicle.
• Traveling outside of Tajikistan is strictly prohibited. If you travel outside the country, you will be required to return the car immediately and will not receive a refund of your deposit. If you plan to travel abroad, you must obtain prior permission from the company.
• Prepayment: A 10% prepayment is required to reserve the vehicle. If the reservation is canceled by the renter, the prepayment is non-refundable.

Mileage limit

• The daily mileage limit is 270 km. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged an additional fee of $0.65 for each extra kilometer. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. If the fuel level is low upon return, a refueling fee will be charged. We strongly recommend driving cautiously, especially in mountainous areas, as road conditions in the Pamirs can be challenging.
